最近英文課的主題是「電影」
Diana要我們和同學談談自己最喜歡的一部電影
雖然看過不少電影，讓我印象最深刻的卻是參加電影社時所看的「搖滾芭比」（Hedwig and the Angry Inch）
描寫的是一個為搖滾樂默默努力的一位變性搖滾歌手的故事
劇情之外，在配樂的部分亦有相當著墨，歌曲娓娓道出Hedwig的心聲
不過若是沒看過電影，只欣賞音樂還是少了點味道

         My favorite movie is “Hedwig and the Angry Inch” which is a musical drama. The story is about a transsexual rock singer “Hedwig”. His former name is Hansel, and the radio was the only company in his childhood. This period of his childhood has led him to the world of the rock and roll.
         When he was twenty yeas old , he fell in love with an American solider. In order to get marry with the solider and get over the Berlin Wall for freedom, he decided to be a real woman. However, the sex-change operation was not that satisfying, and his lover left him when the Berlin Wall collapsed in the same year.
         After this heartbreaking experience, Hansel had turned his love to the rock music and changed his name to “Hedwig”. He grouped a rock band which named “The angry Inch”, and then encountered a young lover, Tommy Gnosis, who eventually left him, stole his songs and became a rock star.
         This time Hedwig determined to take justice and his love back, which also meant that Hedwig has to face his other self. At the end , he finally found his other self and the origin of love.
         The movie really impresses me. Besides, the music is another part worth seeing it. The movie is not common available now, and if you got the chance to see it, don’t let hesitation bother.
